The BID Group has been named »Best Financial Services Provider in Germany« in the category debt collection company and is regarded as the benchmark in this service sector.
Shortly before its 40th anniversary, the BID Group had another reason to celebrate: the company was named »Best Financial Services Provider in Germany« in the category debt collection company. The award is conferred by Service Value GmbH, an analysis and consulting company, as well as the F.A.Z. Institut. For 30 Years, the subsidiary of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung has been pursuing the mission of bringing together important intellectual pioneers, providing sustainable impetus and actively shaping economic and social change with trailblazing solutions.
Balance between material success and sustainable development
The BID Group is committed to this goal, too. Thanks to the award, the debt collection service provider with its registered office in Coburg is regarded as a benchmark for the entire debt collection industry. Frank Fenske, the company’s longstanding Managing Director, says: »It is our objective to develop solutions that not only guarantee the financial security of our customers but also take social aspects into account. We strive to find the balance between material success and sustainable development in order to have a positive impact on our environment.«
The »Best Financial Services Provider in Germany« ranking is established on the basis of four criteria: service, consulting, quality and customer satisfaction. The winners must demonstrate outstanding performance in each of the four categories. According to the jury, these »soft« factors are crucial »in order to survive successfully in the demanding market for financial services in times of digital transformation and under the current major macroeconomic challenges«.
Andreas Wöhner, also Managing Director of the BID Group, sees the award »Best Financial Services Provider in Germany« not only as recognition of the work done so far, but also as encouragement »to continue to pursue our mission with commitment and dedication.« The BID Group strives »to develop sustainable innovations that shape change in the financial sector and, at the same time, strengthen the connection between people and the environment.«
With AI and a tree planting campaign
Frank Feske describes how this mission is practiced in day-to-day work by way of the following examples: »We use all available legal means to support our customers but, at the same time, we treat our debtors with respect and at eye level. We have digitized and automated our processes. The use of artificial intelligence makes our processes even more efficient taking pressure off our employees and ensuring our customers the fastest possible processing of their debt cases.«
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary, the management invited all staff to a tree-planting campaign: together, they planted young trees in the ground, from which the BID forest is now growing. »We will actively use this place for ourselves, even hold meetings as walks in the woods and draw new inspiration and energy from this green oasis«, reports Frank Fenske.
Hagen Schulte, Managing Director of the Obermark Group, congratulated the entire BID staff: »The award underscores our aspiration to develop sustainably leading companies in their respective segments and, at the same time, to make a positive contribution to employees, the environment and society by strengthening medium-sized entrepreneurship.«
