Obermark acquires companies for good. Like all companies, they are also affected by changes. They have to react to these and try to shape their environment. As in any good and lasting partnership, Obermark supports companies in these changes and transitions by constantly encouraging and challenging the company leaders, managers and employees.
With our trainings, workshops and e-learning offerings, we support the lifelong learning of leaders, managers, and employees. The programmes are developed and implemented jointly by the renowned European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin) and Obermark. They are designed for the training of specific professional groups, the general qualification of executives, and the discussion of future trends. The classroom events take place at ESMT Berlin, in Berlin, and in alternating cities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In addition, we offer online courses and provide teaching materials. Participants receive a certificate from ESMT Berlin for the various education modules.
